I tryed the new 7.12 drivers from ATI but same error... 
BUT: I tryed CA, and it works perfect in multiplayer too!!! So CA is OK :)

fps manager
Then the fps manager supposed to be ON during "single" player mode too, but no error (not even a glitch) there.

I only got VSYNC. Enabled - disapled booth works, but vsync with triple buffer phails.

single player
Ok, i tested in single player: Hosted a game, added a bot. I played over 10 minutes, .cheat .give all, graphics was perfect, all textures were fine....so it is realy driver related???

Some tips
I got exactly the same problem. HD3850 with disappearing textures, and I am aware that this is driver problem. Try installing the Crysis Hotfix drivers - it helped a bit, textures still disapear, but not flashing/vibrating anymore. I observed that in "single" player - host a game and play ...
