hm no i installed the ota content too. i just checked it and the bitmap file is there: /usr/share/spring/base/spring/bitmap.sdz .. seems to be correct

just recognized it because i tried to watch a replay and it was xta9.1

ok.. got it fixed.

all i did was moving the command from the end of file to another line. now it works.. seems spring concats some kind of end of file codes to the command lol.

lol i found the problem.. it was kde related.

there are some kde accessibility "features". if holding a key for a long time ( shift in this case for queue ), kde sets they response time of keys to 8 sec or something like this.....

turned it off now and everything seems to work fine :)

thx for the hints guys. i've already had a look at the uikeys.txt.. i even tried to configure it the proper way. it didnt do anything. so now i tried ingame: bind Any+< drawinmap and this worked. now my last question is why doesnt spring autoload the uikeys.txt? i didnt find any doc on this. i even ...

this doesnt work for me too.

i tried switching the keyboard layout to us american and i could is the key left to 1 to set markes propperly.. i wonder if any german could post how he is setting markes in game please.

hi, im using arch linux, compiled ta spring and got it running. im using aflobby. i made a few test games vs. KAI(which didnt do anything but thats not the problem for now) in the beginning everything worked flawlessly. i had about 100fps in avarage whats 3 times as much as on my windows system .. b...
