where is the main server located?

the china's net is really shitty,but thats not the point.because that usually case high ping but not the unbelievable ping.and I have played MMORPG on the Europe's server and U.S. servers, they worked well, this problem never happened. although ping is hunderds but not more than one thousand. so may...

Sometimes it works well, my ping is a little high (less than 1k) but enough for playing.
But sometimes the ping kept growing. usually quickly reached 100K. then if i stay longer. it would even reach 1M !!!!!!
