I got it working. Thanks for your help! Not sure which step helped, but I ended up completely removing Spring Lobby and reinstalling. Then I used "Reopen Server Panel" and it re-sent the email and prompted me for the verification code. I found the code in filtered spam and entered it in. V...

I am having this problem too.

I just registered for the first time. I am sure I neglected to enter the verification code that was sent in email.

Is there a way to reset or delete my account and I can re-register?
