3.1 doesnt have a service pack, he probly means xp

do you know if its a temporary ban?

Im sorry, I was waiting for a game to start and apparantly some guy was harassing our host, so then this other guy said how he was spamming him and I just wanted to play the game and so I started spamming the guy too.
Please unban me I just wanted to play
It wont happen ever again!
