Spring RTS Engine

right when i click start(i'm hosting) it starts loading, then quits. an error box says:" button9.wav couldn't open wav file" another says "sound error couldnt create sound buffer" is there something i can do to disable the sound alltogether to get around this? It's a fresh instal...

if not abovementioned prob, i would suspect something with your router/ports. I can't host without everybody else dropping, but any other comp on my lan will join, so it is some router thing. I just haven't figured it out yet
