Spring RTS Engine

Good afternoon, im new here to the Spring engine/forum. Is there an installation guide? I downloaded the spring engine, and it successfully installed, however when i open the Spring.exe file, it does not show any options for downloading maps, nor a online lobby/matchmaking.
