That should suit our purposes, especially since we will have a limited number of units per player.

How many players can be handled by the engine in one game? Several of our requirements point to flexible multi player functionality.

Thanks! That is what I am thinking too. Once we get a tier 2 contract, we can buy or develop something more specialized, but Spring seems to have what we need just to demonstrate our game design.
