Or I am a confused?

I see what air constructor from level 2 airplant have name "tech level 2", but vehicle constructor from level 2 plant have name "tech level 3". And both can build Berthas and fusion plants...

Also (to avoid a confusion ) I propose to rename constructors:

comm (aka t1, build level 1 plants) - t2 (can build level 2 plants) - t3 (can build fusions, berthas etc)

bug: CORE vehicles t2 constructor name is "Tech level 3"
