If your map runs from Alaska to New Zealand then a flat map has huge distortions.Silentwings wrote:No spherical projections here, hard luck. I never understand why anyone wants them...

Hi Folks,
I know I'm in the wrong place, but you need to start somewhere!
I'm interested in building a wargame, hex-based you-go I-go play by email. What engine should I be looking at? I would like a spherical projection since this will be a large game - WW2 Pacific strategic.
