Pb was finally fixed by reinstalling the portable version of spring in a new 'clean' directory.

Some more things: - check that loudspeakers are turned on and not on mute - check that windows has an audio device enabled, open device manager and check if there are any ! before any of the devices - open sound settings and check that spring has not been muted, check that master volume has not bee...
