I get the following error in Visual Studio 2010 Express:

fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'libboost_thread-vc100-mt-s-1_46.lib'

Where do I get libboost_thread-vc100-mt-s-1_46.lib?

Or do I have to use Visual Studio 2008 Express?
