I'm running Windows XP on both machines that I tested with, so I would say it's not limited to Linux.

Since the recent 85.0 update I have noticed some strange behavior when assigning unit groups. In previous versions you would use CTRL+<number> to add units to a group, and then use that number to select the group afterwards.
