Spring RTS Engine

cvs? concurrent versions system. im saying i tried both revisions. the last stable (or at least formally released version) and the stuff that was in the repository. no dice. yeah... i gave up on this after fighting Spring for 3 weeks. i went through patching here and there.. trying to make it work....
