Spring RTS Engine

Hi, Im trying to use the Spring Lobby but when i open it i get a Log Warning saying : Couldnt create folder. Be sure there isnt a write protection. Log function is disabled until restart SpringLobby. Just to be sure, Im assuming this is the Spring folder in my Program Files that needs to be unprote...
