Summary	0006424: selection rectangle missing when starting it onto ui element
Description	this happens when a widget returns true on widget:mousepress, this will prevent click-selectign a unit under the cursor, but it still initiates the selection-rectable-drag mode, but it wont show the actual rectangle itself
