Summary0006375: Latest maintenance build cannot be downloaded with pr-downloader
DescriptionThe latest maintenance version is already online:

https://springrts.com/dl/buildbot/default/maintenance/104.0.1-1474-g69b06d0/

However, pr-downloader may not download it because it not indexed at springfiles.com.
Steps To ReproduceJust simply head your springlobby to the "Spring:1944 proving grounds (development)" room, and try to download the engine
