Summary0000611: Ressurected commander does not have resource storage
DescriptionI had 1 comm, another one was being rezzed. My original commander dies, i lose all storage. The wreck i finish ressurcting completes - and i still have almost no energy or metal storage.

Suggestion: Set all commanders' storage to whatever it is set to in the lobby.

Lobby storage only applies to the unit you're given at the start.

Also several modders have mentioned that they'd prefer if the lobby-set storage was ignored completely.

I think Nemo hits the nail on the head: that is exactly the correct solution.

A unit with Commander=1 should load the EnergyStorage and MetalStorage from the TDF, using the startscript EnergyStorage and MetalStorage as *defaults*.

This way a mod can choose whether or not it uses the metalStorage and energyStorage set by the lobby, without resorting to hacks to work around the problem like using LUA gadgets to override the storage yet again.

Additionally implementing it this way reduces the number of hacks in the engine :-)
