Summary | 0005764: Drag area commands off the edge of the map
Description | Currently, area commands can only be issued by releasing the mouse button while the mouse is over the map. This is a bit of a frustrating UI as it restricts the methods of issuing area commands around the edges of the map. I would like the area command UI to accept (and draw for) mouse positions outside the map. If you drag off the command of the edge of the map the area should increase as normal. As far as I'm aware there is already a solution for ground raytraces to off-map positions.
