Summary0005663: Shadows don't fade with partially faded units/features
DescriptionThis bug probably isn't new or very important, but object shadows don't seem to fade out when objects themselves fade out, leaving you with a lot of shadows without a clear parent.

it's not a bug so much as lacking polish, shadow-density has to decrease with alpha.
