Summary0005629: Flatten ground structure terraform can flatten the wrong area
DescriptionSpring flattens ground before the construction of structures with levelGround = true. Some units at some orientations try to flatten the ground outside their footprint or even to lower the terrain within their footprint. I don't remember a time before this bug.
Steps To ReproduceMake an East facing Fusion Reactor on a platform in ZK. See the video.

 outside-footprint flattening is fixed in 5bbe2fba.

I couldn't get the "lowering terrain inside footprint" part reproduced, reopen with a demo if it still happens.
