Steps To ReproduceBump mapped water, on any map with water.
Additional InformationIt doesn't change size (relative to the screen dimensions) when you zoom in/out. It doesn't show on land.

 On closer examination - see screenshots - its there in some form with all water modes except basic (water 0), just most obvious with bump mapped.

I remembered the map in the screenshots is rather old, and at some point I changed the water height so I think you won't find a copy of it anywhere. Here it is: http://www73.zippyshare.com/v/DjQRUukk/file.html

The issue doesn't reproduce on all water maps for me - I shouldn't have written "on any map" above.

Looks like a reflection of the sun-disc to me, but with weird blending.
