Summary0005042: Blank GUI without LuaUI on spring 100.0+git
DescriptionOn spring 100.0 (and 98.0 as well), if you disable luaui, you still see the various game controls, such as default resource bar, builder menu etc.

In spring 100.0+git, disabling luaui makes the whole GUI blank. It doesn't even say things like "saved screenshot xxx", although F12 still works.

I attach two screenshots from semi-latets BA, one with spring 100 and one with 100.0.1-923-ga6670b2 develop. You can see the latter has blank UI.
Additional InformationWhy is this a problem?

In XTA, this has the consequence that without redui buildbar enabled, the other controls don't show up. There's for example the default buildbar, XTA layout and Ctrlpanel improved, and these don't work on latest develop. Interestingly, if you enabvle the widget "GUI Shader", then these actually do show up without red buildbar enabled. Just an observation.
