| Description | - Member 'useNetMessageSmoothingBuffer' was not initialized in this constructor
- Member 'luaWritableConfigFile' was not initialized in this constructor
- Member 'networkLossFactor' was not initialized in this constructor
NullGlobalConfig is only used in UDPListener unit test afaics but probably best to fix these anyway. I prefer not fix this myself in case the values they should have are important.
