Summary	0004030: option to set minimap orientation
Description	With the overhead and smooth cam there is a 'flip' parameter, where you can choose if the cam faces north or south. But flipping the cam doesn't rotate the minimap. Rotating the minimap in other camera modes would be super-confusing because in other modes you can set the cam at any angle; but for overhead/smooth cam it would not be confusing. So: feature request to either flip minimap automatically in smooth/overhead cam modes, or have a Spring.OrientateMiniMap(dir) where dir is either "n" or "s".
