Summary0004007: 94.1.1-1151 large unit-radius air transports slide off the unit they are attempting to lift
DescriptionThere seems to be a sphere around each unit which is unable to intersect. The large transport in this replay (corbtrans) has trouble picking up small units due to these spheres and the position of it's transport attachment. The transport has collide = false but this tag should not be required. Air transports should not collide with the thing they are trying to lift.

There is a loadingRadius tag, use it.

I set loadingRadius to 800 for the large transport. The tag appears to do nothing in 94.1.1-1109.

As far as I can tell from the description on the wiki this tag causes units to 'teleport' into the transporter. I don't want the unit to be loaded when the transportiee is outside the transports unit radius. The transporter should have to move down towards the unit until it is close to the attachment point as if it is picking up the unit. This is how it behaves in 91.0.

+1 for "Air transports should not collide with the thing they are trying to lift." if it is possible.

My memory is that loading radius is for transports without a loading animation - the transport gets close and if the unit is within loading radius then it just teleports to inside of the transport. This is how the intruder (t2 veh) in BA works.

not reproducable anymore with zk-11664 and build 1301

It almost always occurs with armflea and corbtrans. This is with ZK 11720 and 94.1.1-1337.
