Summary0003941: CBitmapMuzzleFlame doesn't render when dir is 0 -1 0
DescriptionIf you emit a CEG that uses CBitmapMuzzleflame from a piece which is facing directly downwards it does not render.
Steps To ReproduceGrab BTL svn: https://sourceforge.net/p/mwspring/code/

Spawn yourself is_dropship_fx, you might want to disable the

'EmitSfx(exhaustlarge, 1030)' on line 100 to make things easier to see.

The pieces are rotated to 89 degrees in line 167, 170. If you change that to 90 they cease to render.

Alternatively spawn yourself is_catapult_ctplt4, and use the jump command. When the feet are parallel to the ground in the descent part of the jump, the feet jets cease to render.
