It has returned. The horizon bug is not there but the sun yet again has a hard edge |

can't reproduce with my hardware/drivers but probably z-buffer precision (increased scaling for 95.0 to compensate) |

The issue is not that the sun is clipping into the terrain but the hard edge along the edge of the sun remains, JK, are you seeing this? Is this an issue with ONLY the windows build? |

and? 1) doing so takes all of 2 seconds 2) don't reopen UNLESS you have confirmed the issue is still relevant (with the most recent dev-build)... |

almost filled in a new report for this bug... but the current status is unclear now (cause it aint notified in the changelog yet) (I'm using dynamic sun too) |

Current status is you should *TEST* the 95.0 release candidate(s) and *IF* those still show this issue, *THEN* reopen. Note that someone else will have to fix it if you do since the sun looks A-OK for me. |

Uploaded screenshot from 95.0.1-165, issue still occurs. Map: Calayo2 http://zero-k.info/Maps/Detail/28854 Game: Zero-K Test 12219 Video card: nVidia GeForce GTX 570, Driver version 314.07 Dynamic sun is off. Not sure about depth buffer size (probably 24 bits, can't find config option). The issue is not map-dependent, the map listed just happens to be what I used for the screenshot. What other options might be affecting this? |

None that I know, the sun is just an alpha-blended triangle fan. |

I tested Calayo2 now with Spring 95.0.1-208-g8871215 develop and Zero-K test-12290, it looks fine for me with and without dynamic sun. |

Still looks off for me, no real change from the previous shot. It does look like the alpha at the edges is only about 0.5, not 0. Where is this fan defined? |
