DescriptionI followed the Ubuntu instructions, and pr-downloader is not included. jK said he has it on his gentoo.

 annoy the packager(s) of ubuntu, i/we can't fix it:

afaik koshi currently maintains it...

not sure if its available as extra package.

easiest would be to add curl as dependency, pr-downloader is then automaticly build.
