Summary0003468: Transparency issues with some CEG:s in spring 92.0
DescriptionSome explosions have lost their transparencies in spring 92.0 compared to spring 91.0. These can be seen for example in XTA when you D-Gun into water. The CEG:s used in that case are:

Instead of a transparent texture that shows a splash, there is a black background appearing, it looks like smoke, but in very low resolution. Basically it's black squares. There is also a light-blue line/trail appearing after the D-Gun, also some kind of graphical issue that is not supposed to be present.

Steps To ReproduceStart game, select commander, D-Gun into water.

I realise there are many outputs of this:

However, that's supposed to be handled in weapondefs_post, therefore it should be unrelated to this issue. Not 100% sure though.
