/water 0: 260 FPS
/water 1: 215 FPS
/water 2: 10 FPS
/water 3: 205 FPS
/water 4: 225 FPS
For comparison, /water 2 gets around 150 FPS in 91.0.

WorldDrawer::Water goes from around 10% with bumpmapped water to 50% with dynamic water.

Tested with Spring 91.0.1-1239-g70b9f8e release (OMP).
