Summary	0003389: Set default startpoint location to the middle of the startbox
Description	At some point in the last few engine versions the default start position has changed from the middle of the startbox to the edge. It seems to be impossible for lua to detect whether a player has placed a startpoint so I would either like a way to detect this or for the engine to set the startpoint to the middle of the startbox by default.
