Summary0003218: Units fire without aiming if ordered to right before they finish reloading
DescriptionIn this replay, I spawned some penetrators, which reload slow and are very obvious if they fire outside their fire arcs.

If the penetrator is given an attack ground order in the opposite direction just before it finishes reloading, it will fire at the new spot without aiming, violating its firearc constraint.

This happens with other units as well, such as fatboys, cans, goliaths.
Steps To ReproduceThe second time I order them to fire backward in the replay the bug is visible.
