DescriptionCurrently gadget:UnsyncedHeightMapUpdate triggers for all heightmap changes. To properly update things when the UHM changes I need a callin in unsynced gadgets which tells me when the player can see a change in the heightmap.

This was reproduced in a game against nullAI with no cheating or spectating at all. At game start I made a missile silo (any long ranged arty would work) and shot a distant part of the map with a tacnuke. Map marks appeared near the impact but the UHM was not visibly changed.
