Summary0003122: Failure to fire at badTargetCategory
DescriptionSometimes weapons do not automatically attack their badTargetCategory. This seems to occur mostly with air units. In this replay the Chainsaw (armcir) does not automatically target the Banshee (armkam).

you should NOT use AllowWeaponTarget to give all targets the same priority...

I don't want to reimplement the entire target priority system in lua as would have to be done with 88.0. Ticket and commit below will let me easily use AlloWeaponTarget correctly with 89.0.
