Ok, testing it again. Deci told me try NOT tracking first. For some reason I used to click the unit then press t followed by c to controll a unit. Now, tracking locks the camera. |

to workaround, bind some key to trackoff (see uikeys.txt for details) |

confirmed, the bindings are a bit messed up (as implied by my previous note) |

Fixed, pressing t multiple times until it has looped through all units in the selection disables tracking now. |
