Summary0002915: ShieldPreDamaged for LightningCannon
DescriptionThe LightningCannon weapon type currently does not trigger gadget:ShieldPreDamaged. I would like a callin for these weapons as well as a way to identify the weapon. I make the extra request because if LightningCannons lack a projectileID there will be no way to identify it.

It would be great if BeamLaser could trigger gadget:ShieldPreDamaged as well but that looks far harder to do due to BeamTime. LightningCannon doesn't have BeamTime as far as I know.
