Summary0002526: desyncing BA replay (factories do not build)
Descriptiontyped /skip 1 before the actual had started, to skip the pre game chatter.
after a while I noticed that no factory was building units.

Thus there were basically only some commanders walking around.
tried again without /skip 1 and the replay played normal.
Repeated a few times, always same result.
Also tried playing at 1.0 speed, makes no difference.
So far this seems to be the only replay where this happens.

Don't know exactly how yet, but CGame::StartSkip and ::EndSkip are responsible so probably some state does not get saved/reset as it should. For the moment I just no-op'ed them, that only means you don't get the progress-bar anymore (just fast-forward normal rendering).
