Summary0002372: [pathing] units can push each other up cliffs they should not be able to walk up
DescriptionTested on Frozen Fortress with Zero-K 0.7.3, spawned 100 armpw and ordered them to move up one of the impassable cliffs.

After clumping up at the base, the back ones would push the front ones until they moved up onto the impassable zone, and then they would walk the rest of the way up.

Without the armpw pushing each other they can not walk up the impassable area.
