Also KAIK started to collect crowds of units around its MExes. They were moving into MExes for a long time (see screen00068.jpg).

Should be fixed in all but the most extreme conditions, such as a unit being unable to achieve positive speed for longer than ~8 seconds. In those cases the unit is either truly stuck or has *very* low turning rate.
