Summary0001987: std:bad_alloc error when starting up a game on Epic.smf and OverCrudeWater32.smf
DescriptionSpring will produce a crash on my system when I start up a game on the following maps: Epic.smf and OverCrudeWater32.smf. The message is "FATAL ERROR: std:bad_alloc". I'd imagine that Spring would crash on maps similar to this.
Steps To Reproduce1. Buy Win7 64 bit, an ATi Radeon Gigabyte 5870, an Intel i7 CPU, and a Gigabyte motherboard with 6gb of RAM.
2. Start up a game of any mod, be it CA or THIS, on Epic.smf or OverCrudeWater32.smf
3. Enjoy your crash.
Additional InformationReproducibility: under certain circumstances

I am running an ATi Radeon Gigabyte 5870, an Intel i7 CPU, and a Gigabyte motherboard with 6gb of RAM. Also, I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post this up - I was sent here buy FLOZi on the forums. sorry if I've messed anything up!

you are right here, but it would be good if you could attach the infolog.txt of such a crashed game to this report, as file.

What operating system are you using, which version of it, and 32 or 64 bits?

On 32 bit linux I can not reproduce this with latest development version of Spring.
