Summary0001978: Make CGlobalSynced::globalLOS an array (one globalLOS setting for each allyteam)
DescriptionQuoted from tobi. This would help game dev's control LOS for teams and could help ghosted spectating for dead players in games with rounds (game is reset after victory conditions, with out reloading the map/game).

After thought: (also mentioned in chat after this issue was added)

Maybe /spectator and /cheat /team X actions (using Spring.SendCommand) might offer the desired functionality also.
