Scrolling with keyboard works. Scrolling by dragging (mmb: click, move, release) mouse over map works, too.

What does not work:
*start*
- do not move mouse
- click and release mmb so you see cross
- now move mouse
-> the camera position is constantly reset to start coordinates

Tested with CA and BA. Both times with and without luaui enabled. Hardwarecursor setting does not change anything.

Happens with default spring config.

Distance of this jump seems to be proportional to distance between mouse pointer and screen center at start.
