Summary0001688: NETWORK: Spring sends out about 2mega BYTES of data into internet upon tiny lag.
DescriptionWhen tiny lag occures Spring starts to pumpout as crazy data to the internet.

When in scenario like this:
linux desktop - gigabit eth - linux router - 100 ethernet - internet cable modem

linux router gets 100% cpu load only due to handling of excess traffic that springs tries to pump into internet.

this causes more lag, which results in more pumping data, untill i have to kill it with -9 because it starts to be unresponsive, or i get kickout due to 25000+ seconds lag that gets generated.

It occurs every time.

It is every time initiated by tiny lag, usually during start of game, or start of some rush of units.

In 0.80.4.latest_stable it worked ok.
Additional InformationDesktop is core2 duo.
Server box is athlon 2000 xp.

Fix it pretty pretty pretty please

2 mega BYTES per second, as reported on server (by conky set with remote DISPLAY), every time the bug occurs.

spring-smp version, as built by AUR scripts in archlinux, havent tried with regular one, but with smp it worked ok previously, without such network problems.
