Summary | 0001479: Unit corpses don't have unit buildfacing
Description | The corpse a unit leaves behind doesn't receive the same buildfacing as the unit had and thus ends up with the footprint the building would have if facing south instead of the facing it really had (it does copy the heading which affects the visible model but not the footprint).
Additional Information | Reproduction is easy, just take a building that's rectangular (I tried it with the fedplant power plant in Gundam 1.2f3), build it facing east or west, spawn another unit (I used a zaku1), check the ground blocking with F2. Have the unit shoot the building dead in a way that leaves a blocking corpse. Check with F2 again, you'll notice the red area doesn't match the area the building previously occupied. A severe effect of this is when a building is used to block a path (e.g. a long wall) and rotated the corpse will appear to be blocking the path but units can walk through it because the footprint the building had upon construction no longer matches the footprint of the feature left behind.
