Summary0001305: Aircraft refuel pads are not disabled while reverse built
DescriptionWhile an aircraft repair pad is being reverse built it functions the same as a fully built one. Aircraft can still land and refuel/repair.

reverse built == reclaimed? that's by design; factories also continue producing while being reclaimed.

what's wrong is that there's no way to stop the pad from working, not even emping it helps.

reverse built == reclaimed? No.

I'm talking about reclaimMethod = 0 where units get turned into nanoframes and stop functioning completely. M is gained for the duration of the reclaim instead of right at the end and a unit can be rebuilt to be used again.
