This is usually accompanied with a "cannot reach destination" message. |

also sometimes if you queue several more rally points to the plant with shift+move then the units go through all the rally points until they get there |

I've seen this too. May be related to units not being able to do a full 180 turn (at least from south to north.) |

some quick tests show that sometimes when a unit is completed, it receives a rally point behind the factory instead of the one that's set. setting two waypoints makes units go where you want. |
