Your graphics card doesn't have shaders but Spring tries to use shadows. I don't know if the current version is the one that always tries to use shaders, if shadows are disabled in settings.exe you're SOL and have to wait until the next Spring release. Driver updates won't help you because your graphics card sucks. |

Thanks. All settings are placed on a minimum, shadows are disabled. Now search last the driver. |

Setting "shadows" to a value of -1 avoids the shadow shader checking entirely (0 merely means that they are not enabled when the client is started, but the shadow related OpenGL capabilities are still checked). Either way, this isn't clearly shown to be the cause of the problem. There are a few messages following the shadowmap warning which indicate that the client did not crash while checking the shadowing caps. |
