Summary0003523: Allow us to use a separate distribution map for spring default grass coverage
DescriptionBasically just like the distribution maps that we use currently for detail textures, but instead, this time a separate one just for spring grass coverage.

In this way, it would essentially be removing the last thing that must be hardcoded into the map compile currently.

To be more exact, there already is such a distribution map. You just don't want it to be compiled into the smf and instead include is as png or bmp in the map.

yup, you could replace it with a lua solution(similar to feature placing)
