Summary0002509: (master) Unit cannot decide how to move across a flat area to a point behind it
DescriptionThe replay shows a unit that is given a move order behind it and just sits in place jiggling instead of moving. The unit can reverse and has turninplace=0.

tiptest is an example unit that reproduces this bug very easily. But I have occasionally observed the same behaviour with 'normal' units with turnrates and accelerations on the order of the units in most games (specifically corfav).
